May 25, 2023Phase 3 Digital-Inside is looking for a full-time team member responsible for the workflow between Morgan Murphy Media stations and Phase 3 Digital Agency, the Ad Operations team, and/or third-party platforms. AMs must have 2-4 years of work experience within the digital marketing industry, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have a working knowledge of industry tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
All positions within P3DA Inside are remote. The “work from home” environment dictates that AMs are self-starters, self-managed, resourceful, independent, and organized. Tasks and responsibilities are assigned with due dates that accommodate an advertiser and their needs. It’s crucial in this AM role that the client and advertiser be comfortable with you, confident in you, and feel you are available to them and their needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Process Orders with various campaign components when an Order is placed with Phase 3 Digital Agency
- Assign tasks to the Ad Operations team; and manage those tasks to completion
- Oversee all campaign line items for the markets in which you manage
- Serve markets as their main point of contact, often with daily communication
- Consistently strive to serve the client and advertiser with a focus on retention
- Support other P3DA Inside AMs as needed and based on workload for the team as a whole
- Client strategy and reporting phone calls as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- College degree in a relevant field and/ or 2+ more years of experience in digital advertising platforms and management
- Working knowledge of industry tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
- Must be able to work well with other departments to achieve success
- Must possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility, and assertiveness to meet goals
- Requires demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills
