What your career entails:
As the Local Sales Manager, you will become part of a family-owned company that gives you the opportunity to be an integral part of our success, and to be recognized at the highest levels of the company! We will count on you to recruit, motivate, coach, and train a high performing team of Account Executives. You will implement strategic sales plans and lead your team by communicating both vision and core values. You will work jointly with the General Sales Manager to develop and coordinate sales promotion and digital campaigns, and work on budgets, pricing, inventory, ratings, research, marketing, demographics, and digital media.
What the job requires of you:
As the Local Sales Manager, you must have a teaching mindset as you will spend time with reps interacting with business owners and decision makers. A genuine, passionate, and creative approach is essential as you establish trust with new and existing clients, and your communication style needs to be effective and relatable. If you have 3+ years of success and experience in media sales, integrated selling, and digital sales, and you LOVE using your strategic mind to manage accounts, ratings, inventory, and rates, let’s talk.

Pay range: Base salary is $95,000 – $110,000/year depending on experience. Supplemental pay includes 20% bonus potential for meeting or exceeding station revenue goals. $100/month cell phone/gas stipend.
