About this opportunity:

As Part-Time Front Desk/Admin, you truly are the Director of First Impressions, interacting and engaging community members.  You will also be engaging a high energy, creative and talented group of passionate team members.  Each day will present a new adventure!  You will have the opportunity to assist in creating proposals, coordination of station events, order entry, research and assist management.

What your career entails:

As a Part-Time Front Desk/Admin, you will interact with the public, business owners, decision makers and the very best media staff on the planet.  Your communication style needs to be effective and relatable as you truly are the Director of First Impressions, interacting and engaging community members. Partnering with our professional staff, you will be assisting in building strategic business plans that will include combinations of radio commercial schedules, sponsorship or promotional opportunities, event sponsorship and digital marketing solutions presented to current or new advertising partners.  Administrative duties include switchboard command, file updates, maintenance of files shared on a common drive, and other duties as assigned.

What the job requires of you:

As a Part-Time Front Desk/Admin, you’ll bring a positive, goal-oriented passion to the team, and LOVE being the hero when solving problems for others.  Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, exceptional organizational, follow-through skills, and the ability to work well with others in any situation.  This is a twenty-five hour a week position, 9a-2p Monday through Friday.
