Morgan Murphy Media-La Crosse, (WKBT-TV, MyNetwork-TV,, and Phase 3 Digital) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join one of the few family-owned media companies in the country.  The position is responsible for managing all communication and tasks relating to order entry and order fulfillment of our Regional Broadcast and Digital Sales. Any prior experience in a broadcast or digital setting and/or prior familiarity and use of Nielsen, comScore, Strata or Wide Orbit operating systems a big plus but not required.

Position requires:

Excellent organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Initiative and confidence to take on new and unfamiliar projects

Working well with minimal supervision

Exemplary communication and customer service skills

Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
