Traffic/Program Assistant & Receptionist

WBKB is seeking a full-time Traffic/Program Assistant and Receptionist.

We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail and a focus on data entry. You will assist the Traffic Director by performing the following duties:

· Station logs for seven stations in Alpena and Marquette

· Formatting programs

· Inputting show numbers

· Managing Nielsen data

· Answering Phones

· Greeting Visitors

WBKB is responsible for broadcasting across ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC in the Alpena market. It also provides programming support for WJMN/WBUP/WBKP in Marquette. Our team is committed to serving those communities through local news, sales, and programming opportunities.

The following skills or related relevant experience are preferred but not necessary:

· Television or radio traffic/programming

· Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs

· Organization and the ability to prioritize tasks

· Identifying issues and presenting possible solutions

· Embracing new technologies

This is a Monday-Friday position with the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Starting pay is $12.50/hr. Morgan Murphy Media Company offers Health Benefits and 401K.
