September 26, 2025We are looking for a diligent and organized Office Manager to support daily Michigan media operations across multiple stations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive in managing accounts and billing, and capable of handling a variety of administrative, operational, and facility-related tasks to ensure smooth business functions. A good self-starter who can work independently. Reports to the Business Manager and General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process billing and collections and prepare various sales reports.
· Manage company vehicles’ upkeep and documentation.
· Handle office operations including ordering supplies, handling mail, scheduling maintenance vendor services, filing and record retention.
· Provide receptionist support, respond to vendor and customer inquiries, notarize documents.
· Maintain certain personnel records and manage employee timecards.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Experience in Excel and Word and General Business Software.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage financial and administrative tasks accurately.
· Comfortable handling of a variety of operational duties, including light maintenance and facility care.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines and reporting requirements.
· Experience with billing and collections preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to manage company vehicles a plus.
