You’ll be a trusted marketing partner to local businesses—helping them turn attention into action, build their brands and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, develop and grow new business relationships with local and regional advertisers.
• Create customized, multi-platform campaigns featuring sports, CTV, OTT, streaming audio, paid social and programmatic advertising.
• Present clear, compelling marketing strategies that align with each client’s goals, audience and budget.

• Use campaign insights and performance data to make informed recommendations and earn long-term client partnerships.
• Stay current on sports media, digital advertising, streaming and emerging technology trends.
• Meet and exceed new-business and revenue goals, with uncapped commission potential.

What You’ll Bring

• Genuine enthusiasm for sports and an understanding of the connection fans have with live events and local teams.
• An entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach to finding opportunities and helping clients succeed.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative sales mindset and the ability to translate client objectives into effective marketing solutions.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
• Unlimited earning opportunity; top sales performers can exceed $150,000 annually.
